Angelica is a natural flavor enhancer, especially when added at the start of the cooking. It can be used in savory or sweet dishes.

  • Seeds constitute excellent flavoring to enhance seafood dishes, but also soups, pastries, jams and compotes
  • Leaves have a powerful aroma and can be added in your vinaigrettes or dishes like omelette and fish
  • Sticks can be candied or added during the cooking of compotes or jams (it is advised to remove them at the end of the cooking)
  • Root is used in confectionary and distillation but it can be candied as well


Ingredients :


- 400g small tasty tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon angelica seeds powder
- 12 cloves good garlic
- 200g couscous
- 350ml boiling vegetable stock
- 8 black olives, stoned and chopped
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (6)
  2. Halve the tomatoes and put them in a baking dish with the garlic cloves scattered in between
  3. Drizzle over some of the olive oil and season with angelica
  4. Roast for 30 minutes or until everything is soft and tinged golden
  5. Put the couscous in a heatproof bowl, pour on the boiling stock and leave to soak.
  6. When the stock has been absorbed, stir in the remaining olive oil, the olives and wine vinegar.
  7. When the tomatoes are ready, remove the garlic cloves and stir the tomatoes with any pan juices into the couscous.

- 240g Angelica pasta

10g salt

- 1 tablespoonof sunflower seeds

- 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seed

- Fresh Basil leaves

- Brewer's yeast

1. Cook the pasta in 1L of boiling water with 0,35 oz of salt

2. Meanwhile wash and cut the pepper, salad and basil 

3. When the pasta is finished cooking, run it under cold water

4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl

5. Sprinkle brewer's yeast on the plate

- Other(s) fruit(s) of your choice : apple, pear, kiwi

- 1 tablespoon of untreated lemon juice

- 1/2 teaspoon of ground Angelica seeds

- 1 teaspoon of seeds : sesame, hemp, sun-flower

- Vegetable milk of your choice : soy, almond, hazelnut

- Almond/halzelnut powder and/or dried fruits

- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (olive/rapeseed/hemp)

1. Place in a blender the fruits cut in pieces, the dried fruits and the lemon juice
2. Add the seeds, Angelica and the vegetable oil
3. Mix until you get a smooth consistency


Ingrédients :confiture_fraise_romarin

- 1kg raw sugar

- 750g organic strawberries

- 1/2 untreated lemon

- 40g fresh Rosemary

1. Wash and stalk the strawberries
2. Place them in a pan with
35.27 oz of sugar, lemon juice and Rosemary
3. Cook over high heat for about 30 minutes, stirring

You can remove the Rosemary at the end of the cooking or mix it all and add agar-agar if the consistency is too liquid.

- Choice of salad: arugula, purslane or
- Seeds of your choice: sunflower, hemp
- Fresh goat
- Red cabbage
  1. Cook the pasta with salt
  2. Meanwhile wash the salad and cabbage
  3. Cool the pasta in cold water
  4. Grate the cabbage
  5. Dice the goat
  6. Put in a bowl and season with colza and olive oils
